Reunion Poem

‘Twas the night of my class reunion and all through the house
I checked in each mirror and begged my poor spouse
to say I looked great, that my chin wasn’t double
and he lied through his teeth just to stay out of trouble.

I swallowed his words, hook, sinker and line

and entered the banquet hall feeling just fine.
Somehow I’d expected my classmates to stay
as young as they were in that long ago day.

We hugged our “Hellos” but, like me, through the years,
they’d added gray to their hair and pounds to their rears.
But as we shared a few memories and told old class jokes,
we were 18 in spirit, though we looked like our folks.

So we turned up the music and dimmed down the lights
Rolled back the years and were young for the night.

Where Are They Now? Help Needed to Locate Addresses

 The reunion committee has contact information for most of the SHS Class of 1991 graduates. However, we are having some trouble finding addresses for the classmates listed below. If you have any information on how we may reach these individuals (addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, contact information for family members or even just the city they are living in or their married name), please post a comment or send us an email at tomcats1991@gmail.com. Thank you so much for any information you may have. We want to make sure that everyone from our class knows about the reunion so that we will have as many as possible in attendance.
